The PepsiCo team that built and created the strongest, most infallible market space for itself and NEVER allowed any brand to breach its armour plated market share ….We were TOTALLY immune to poaching of any sort by our  global competitor (formidable I might add) which tried its damnedest to buy , threaten and connive its way into slicing off ANY available  portion of the enviable 76 % market share ruled over by the Kanpur Lions and aided ably by the Pepsi U.P team ..

The mighty Pepsi Kanpur team kept the lion’s share for itself and left some scraps for the competition to feed on….. lording over trade, strutting the marketplace like they owned the real estate , grabbing shelf and cooler space at will while partying all along and celebrating every possible success with the foot soldiers who turned Pepsi into a powerhouse brand that was simply  invincible……

Under a maverick , brilliant leader who spent a lot of time teaching us life and combat  skills  but let us coolly  go about our business in our own inimitable way such was his confidence in our team  Take a bow Sanjoy Mukerji Pers
